Stephens Valley is a mixed-use suburban community integrating single-family, multi-family, assisted living, neighborhood retail, and neighborhood office uses. This development is located in both Williamson and Davidson Counties and encompasses approximately 900 acres. Stephens Valley was designed to preserve and protect the natural resources of the site while promoting and encouraging a walkable environment.
Roughly 60% of the site will be protected open space accessed by 7 plus miles of pedestrian trails that connect key destination points. Proper placement of land uses, a safe pedestrian circulation system, and an emphasis on sustainable design applications will lay the foundation for this community’s long-term success.
