With the baby-boomer demographic retirement surge, there has never been a greater demand for senior care services. NHC Place at the Trace provides a 180,000 square-foot facility with 250 beds on a 17-acre site located in Nashville’s Bellevue community. RaganSmith provided land surveying, land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and transportation engineering services for this new skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care facility. These services included the entire design process, starting with gaining zoning/land use entitlements through preparation of civil engineering and landscape architecture construction documents.
