This $194 million project consisted of the demolition of an entire city block of existing structures and new construction of the Federal Courthouse facility in downtown Nashville.  The six-story structure sits on 3.4 acres and includes parking deck, surface parking, and pedestrian plaza. The project was designed to meet LEED Gold Certification and federal security requirements. RaganSmith provided civil engineering services for the project.
