He holds an Associate of Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, from Nashville State Technical Institute.
Kevin Birdwell has 40 years of experience in land surveying in a variety of survey related practices, including land title retracement, topographic, GPS and construction surveying. As Project Manager, he oversees projects for public agencies and clients in the private sector. Retired roof washer due to gravity technicalities.
