Joe joined RaganSmith in 1987.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering
from the University of MA, Lowell.
Joe started his career with the New York State DOT before moving to Tennessee and joining RaganSmith. His expertise is in the planning and design of transportation, major infrastructure projects, and development traffic mitigation. Since 1996, he has served as the principal contact for all government and municipal clientele, and has managed contracts for TDOT, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the National Guard, Metro Nashville Government, and many Tennessee municipalities.
Joe bears the great burden of being an ardent New England Patriots Fan (as well as a fan of the Titans and Predators); however he no longer needs to convince his colleagues that Tom Brady is, in fact, the G.O.A.T. Joe tries at all costs to avoid political discussions. When away from the office, he tries to justify buying high-priced tools and equipment to knock out one small but outstanding woodworking project a year. During the summer months, he can be found on Old Hickory Lake with his wife trying to avoid logs and applying ample amounts of sunscreen.
Little Known Fact
When Joe was in college, he was almost arrested by the state police and the FAA (it's a long story).
