Brad joined RaganSmith in 2001.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering
from the University of Tennessee.
Brad Slayden leads the charge of RaganSmith’s Commercial Department. He is an active member of NAIOP’s Nashville Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors. He is skilled in land entitlement and the project management of multi-family, industrial, retail, hospitality, office, and commercial development projects. Though skilled in all of these areas, Brad’s expertise has become urban infill. Understanding the dynamics of urban design and the efficiency of its infrastructure network is what he does best.
Brad is “Big Orange” through and through. He played soccer for the University of Tennessee, where he graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. Since then, Brad has excelled in his profession. Though he has received accolades over the years for consulting in Nashville’s downtown core, his true passion and energy is focused towards coaching his daughter’s PeeWee basketball team and teaching his son the ways of soccer.

Brad was a college athlete... for 6 months.
