Allen joined RaganSmith in 1993.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering
from the University of Tennessee.
Our COO, Allen Ramsey, has had a varied career since joining RaganSmith in 1994. His broad experience covers land entitlement, design and project management of most all types of land development projects, and client relations. He is currently our unofficial ambassador of getting stuff done. He is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also chairs the City of Gallatin Industrial Development Board.
Outside of RaganSmith, Allen assumes the role of husband to his beautiful wife and continually pursues being dad-of-the-year to his two boys. He is a passionate connoisseur of good but, many times, slow, sad music. He was once a singer-songwriter until he had to grow-up. One of Allen’s biggest achievements to date is his title of 3-time Champion of the HFL Fantasy Football League.

Dierks Bentley once opened for Allen at The Sutler in Nashville.
