Ragan-Smith led the coordination process to rezone this ±80-acre property from Office Professional Services (OPS) to an Industrial Restrictive PUD (IR-PUD) through a Preliminary Master Development Plan to allow the construction of a ±3,600,000 SF office and warehouse. Subsequent packages that were also provided include: Mass Grading Plan, Final Master Development Plan/Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Offsite Roadway Improvement/Signal Plan, and Offsite Sanitary Sewer Plan. Ragan-Smith also collected existing topography, infrastructure, right-of-way limits, easement, and boundary information. The project is ongoing with current work including permitting and construction administration, creating easement documents, and a Final Plat to capture all onsite easements and right-of-way dedication.
