Tenants brought on to the mall from this work include, but not limited to American Girl, H&M, Belk relocation, Rock Creek Outfitters, Cheesecake Factory, Ulta, Kings Bowling, Connor’s Steakhouse, Kona Grill, Red Robin, I-Fly. Offsite Road improvements entailed upgrading South Springs Dr. for the proposed development.
